Kapitul is a premium red wine crafted from a blend of three grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (25%), and Petit Verdot (5%). The grapes come from vineyards located on the Hlam site near Vrbnik, at an altitude of 225 meters. These vineyards have a southwest-facing exposure and optimal inclination, while yields per vine are exceptionally low, limited to 500 grams, ensuring high fruit quality.

After harvest and vinification, Kapitul matures for two years in barrique barrels, followed by an additional two years of bottle aging. The result is a wine of powerful structure, smooth tannins, and luxurious aromas of cherry, berry fruits, coffee, and cinnamon. Kapitul is best decanted before serving to fully reveal its character.

Kapitul pairs excellently with bold, aged cheeses, as well as red meats and game.
