Lime (or linden, basswood) honey has been enjoyed for thousands of years. At the height of blossoming the ambrosial aroma of the tiny yellow-white flowers draw honey bees from miles around. The taste and aroma of this honey is much stronger that the colour would suggest, giving off an almost woody sent and a medium sweetness.

Highly recommended with aged Kolan for an incredible taste experience.
