It is used in the specialities of Mediterranean cuisine, and for all types of vegetable salads.
The quality of this olive oil is determined by this area in the mediterranean where our unique trees grow. Especially on the Island of Korcula for it is on the western slopes where diligent and hard working olive growers cultivate the indigenous olive breeds of lastovke, drobnice and oblice, which is an ideal choice to provide this excellent virgin olive oil.
