The finished product is obtained by drying processed pork leg with bones. The product has a classic ham shape and a medium firm elastic consistency. The meat is extremely red when ripe, and the fatty tissue is white. The bite is extremely juicy and tender for this type of product due to the origin of the basic raw material. The smell is characteristic of permanently dried smoked meat, and the taste is slightly salty and nutty.
