In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, the Seller must notify the Seller of its decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the expiry of the deadline by an unambiguous statement by post, fax or e-mail, specifying his / her first and last name, address, phone number, fax or email address.

After the Buyer asks for a refund, it will contact the Seller's staff and give directions for the execution of the refund. In order for the refund to be respected, the returned goods must be undamaged, undamaged and in the original packaging.

If the product inspection by the Seller determines that the goods have been returned in the appropriate state, they will return the full amount paid by the Buyer to the current account or credit card, or in the same manner in which the Buyer made the payment, no later than 14 days after the receipt of the decision on unilateral termination of the contract.

The Seller can only return the money until after the goods have been returned to him, it is considered that the Buyer fulfilled its obligation on time, if before the expiration of the aforementioned deadline, it sends or hands the goods to the Seller, or the person authorized by the Seller to receive the goods.
